INSTALLATION

All stained glass pieces should be installed with both chains hanging separately from two 1 inch eye hooks screwed directly into your window frame. This is to provide added support, stability and help avoid twisting with any air movement. Suction cup hooks and mug hooks are not recommended. Small pliers can be used to open and remove any unnecessary length of chain.

CARE

To clean, simply use a dry, soft, clean cloth.
If you need a deeper cleaning, lightly dampen your cloth with distilled water.
If you still need more cleaning power, use only an ammonia-free, vinegar-free, non-abrasive, PH-neutral cleaner. This is extremely important, as chemicals can damage your glass work's finish and solder patina. My absolute favorite glass cleaner is called Sprayway. Here is a direct link: https://amzn.to/3yEf0vz

There may be residual traces of flux on your solder lines that after some time show up as a light colored flakey film. This is very common and especially happens to my work due to flux getting trapped in the divots of the decorative soldering. Use a dry & clean toothbrush to lightly brush it off, followed by a damp wipe down.
